What We Offer
Our mental health and wellbeing training supports construction organisations to meet HSE expectations and Principal Contractor responsibilities around workforce wellbeing, competence, and site safety.
The courses are designed to build practical knowledge, confidence, and consistency across teams, from operatives and supervisors to managers and leadership. Recognising that mental health, behaviour, and decision-making directly impact safety, performance, and retention in high-risk environments.
Training aligns with competency frameworks by supporting:
Duty of care and risk management
Safe systems of work
Effective supervision and communication
Early identification of risk and appropriate escalation
Positive site culture and workforce engagement
All courses are delivered in a practical, accessible format, using real-world construction scenarios and language, and can be adapted to support toolbox talks, site inductions, and ongoing CPD requirements.
