CoreBridge Training is a dedicated team of educators, facilitators, and BACP counsellors, united by a shared passion for empowering individuals and organisations through meaningful learning.

We deliver a wide range of training and teaching services across healthcare, education, corporate wellbeing, and construction, offering bespoke packages tailored to the unique needs of each client and workforce.

Our approach ensures training is practical, relevant, and engaging, designed to support real-world challenges, build confidence, and strengthen professional practice across sectors.

We aim to move away from faceless, mandated training and instead create learning experiences that promote genuine understanding, behavioural change, and empowerment.

By bridging the gap between core beliefs, values, and professional success—and drawing on our backgrounds in teaching, counselling, mental health, business, and frontline practice—we bring innovative, human-centred approaches that support growth, safety, and sustainable development in diverse working environments.

    Sam brings a unique perspective to Corebridge Training, combining real-world experience in the construction industry with a deep commitment to mental health and education. After retraining as a qualified counsellor, she went on to teach at university level, where she supports learners from all walks of life in developing skills that make a lasting difference.

    Sam’s background gives her a grounded, relatable teaching style and a strong belief in the value of resilience, ethics, and personal growth in the workplace. Sam is driven by a desire to make training accessible, human, and relevant, no matter the industry.

  • Simone – Co-Director | Facilitator | BACP Counsellor | Qualified University Lecturer | 1-1 Mentor

    Simone is a BACP-registered counsellor, university lecturer, and co-director of a wellbeing-focused community company. Her career spans over 15 years across the healthcare, education, and care sectors — including running her own care business and delivering frontline support to vulnerable individuals and families.

    With a warm, creative approach and a deep understanding of person-centred practice, Simone brings together therapeutic insight and academic rigour to create training that is compassionate, inclusive, and practical. She is passionate about helping organisations build ethical teams who lead with reflection, empathy, and purpose.
